About the Role:
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support its Global Clinical Supplies Team. This fully remote role involves project administration, documentation control, regulatory tracking, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring clinical supply projects are executed with precision, quality, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Global Clinical Supplies Project Team in administrative and technical coordination

  • Maintain documentation, guidelines, and procedures in alignment with company and client standards

  • Track and process local regulatory and study-specific documents, maintaining up-to-date trackers

  • Assist in data collection, reporting, and quality review activities

  • Perform regular file reviews and support resolution of discrepancies

  • Coordinate team meetings, manage project correspondence, and organize departmental records

  • Grant system access to internal teams, clients, and vendors as needed

  • Participate in ad-hoc project management activities, report generation, and study plan edits


Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Experience in clinical trials or clinical supply chain operations is a strong advantage

  • Previous relevant experience in project administration or coordination roles


Skills Required:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive team player mindset

  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance

  • High standards in customer service and documentation accuracy
