Associate – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis)

About the Role
Sanofi is seeking an Associate – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis) to join its Hyderabad-based Global Hub team. This role is integral to supporting Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) initiatives by generating robust clinical, economic, and patient-reported evidence to inform global and local market strategies. The position provides exposure to systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, epidemiological studies, and real-world evidence (RWE) projects supporting pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
The Associate will contribute to evidence synthesis projects, develop therapeutic area expertise, and support the creation of core value dossiers (CVD), Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers, and other evidence-based deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Evidence Synthesis & Research Support
Contribute to the execution of assigned HEVA evidence synthesis projects, including search strategy development, screening, data extraction, and full-text retrieval.
Support research plans for investigational and marketed drugs, including burden-of-illness studies, literature reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes analyses.
Assist in preparing evidence-based reports and materials to communicate clinical, economic, and humanistic data to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Maintain effective working relationships with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams across global and local markets.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with evidence generation and dissemination plans.
Support HEVA/Medical teams in preparing tailored deliverables to meet strategic objectives.
Process & Compliance
Assist in developing strategic HEVA evidence materials and contribute to core evidence generation processes, templates, and SOPs.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards for evidence generation and dissemination.
Seek opportunities to innovate evidence generation and dissemination processes to increase impact and relevance for payer and stakeholder decision-making.
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), evidence synthesis, or health economics research in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO consultancy, or academia.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate clinical and economic data into actionable evidence strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Education
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or related discipline.
Language Requirements
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
