About the Role

Syneos Health is seeking a driven and analytical Associate Project Manager to support the HEOR and Market Access team in developing payer-focused evidence and value communications. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in HEOR writing, AMCP dossier development, and U.S. payer evidence generation. The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery of evidence-based communications for healthcare and life sciences clients.


Key Responsibilities

HEOR & Market Access Deliverables

  • Lead or support the development and updating of AMCP dossiers (Format v5.0), synthesizing clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence for U.S. payer audiences

  • Conduct targeted literature searches and prepare structured summaries on disease burden, clinical landscape, epidemiology, unmet needs, and product value

  • Design and execute evidence synthesis activities required for payer communications, including focused literature reviews

  • Contribute to value communication deliverables, including Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Reimbursement Dossiers, and client-facing slide decks

  • Collect and analyze U.S. data inputs for HE economic models, burden-of-illness assessments, and value narratives

  • Translate complex clinical and economic analyses into clear, concise, and evidence-based content for internal and external stakeholders

Project Management & Team Collaboration

  • Manage workloads to ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones and client expectations

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional HEOR and Market Access teams, supporting day-to-day project activities

  • Provide guidance and quality oversight to junior team members, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, or a related discipline

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HEOR or Market Access writing, preferably within consulting or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong understanding of HEOR concepts, cost-effectiveness analyses, and payer evidence requirements

  • Excellent scientific writing and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in AMCP dossier development, Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), and manuscript writing

  • Familiarity with U.S. payer decision-making processes and evidence expectations
