Associate Project Manager – Training and Communication

Overview

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Project Manager to manage end-to-end training and communication projects within the Therapeutic Area (TA) domain. The ideal candidate will drive the planning, execution, and evaluation of global learning programs, ensuring effective adoption of training initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

As part of Sanofi Business Operations (BO), the Associate Project Manager will partner with global and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality training programs. This role combines project management, learning methodology, and stakeholder engagement to enhance medical knowledge, support onboarding, and facilitate continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end training projects, including calendar preparation, workshop organization, and post-training analytics.

  • Oversee global learning programs with a focus on adoption, execution, and performance improvement.

  • Partner with internal (medical leads, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, legal, HR, ITS, finance) and external stakeholders (HUBs, vendors) for design, development, delivery, and issue resolution of training solutions.

  • Coordinate training execution, certification, and materials management using digital platforms such as iLearn and SharePoint.

  • Host training events, including webinars, panel discussions, polls, satisfaction surveys, and Q&A sessions.

  • Ensure timely archiving of training materials, recordings, and metrics.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain training master files, distribution lists, and metrics dashboards.

  • Track attendance, completion rates, satisfaction surveys, and knowledge checks.

  • Provide post-training reports and analytics to stakeholders.

Process & Compliance

  • Manage processes across end-to-end training projects, ensuring adherence to KPIs, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Update onboarding documents, training catalogs, and access permissions for TA teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and local stakeholders.

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure consistent delivery of training programs.

  • Act as a liaison between training teams, medical leads, and field teams.

Experience & Skills

  • 8–9 years of professional experience, preferably with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.

  • Project management expertise with digital learning tools and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of medical strategy, TA/disease, and product areas is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Education

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Science or related field.

  • MBA preferred.

Languages

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
