About the Role

Sanofi is seeking a Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis to join its Hyderabad-based Global Hub (SBO) team. This role focuses on supporting the execution of evidence synthesis projects to generate robust clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence in support of pharmaceutical products across global and local markets. The role offers exposure to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and real-world evidence generation.

The ideal candidate will assist in evidence generation projects, develop therapeutic area expertise, and contribute to high-quality deliverables that support strategic decision-making for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch programs.

Key Responsibilities

Evidence Synthesis & Research Support

  • Assist in executing assigned evidence synthesis projects, including literature screening, data extraction, and full-text retrieval.

  • Support research plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence generation for investigational and marketed drugs.

  • Contribute to studies such as burden-of-illness analyses, epidemiology, meta-analyses, retrospective and prospective observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes analysis.

  • Support preparation of reports and deliverables to communicate clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with HEVA, Medical, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams to identify evidence generation needs.

  • Assist in developing and delivering customized evidence-based materials to meet stakeholder requirements.

  • Support team engagement with global and local partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain adherence to evidence generation guidelines, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HEVA/Medical strategic evidence materials and processes across the portfolio.

  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of all assigned tasks and deliverables.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HEOR, evidence synthesis, or health economics research in pharmaceuticals, CRO consultancy, or academia.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate clinical and economic data into actionable evidence strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, writing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Education

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or a related discipline.

Language Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
