Role Overview:
Lambda Therapeutic Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee clinical research projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical trial management and demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project contracts and budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Identify and select suitable study sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Collaborate with vendors to develop and validate software or tools required for study execution.
Prepare, review, and maintain study-related documentation and regulatory submissions.
Ensure timely approvals from regulatory authorities for all clinical trials.
Efficiently allocate and manage study resources across teams and sites.
Conduct training sessions for study teams, site staff, and stakeholders to ensure project quality.
Lead projects to completion with adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MSc, M. Pharm) or Bachelor’s degree (B. Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, BDS) in Medical Sciences or related fields.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in clinical research/project management.
Prior experience as a Project Manager in startup or clinical trials division is highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
