Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Senior Account Executive with a passion for healthcare communications and client success. In this role, you will act as the primary tactical-level contact for clients, collaborating with Agency Operations, Strategy, Medical, and Creative teams to ensure project objectives are executed efficiently and align with overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Project Managers and Planners to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and workload changes.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable source of tactical strategy, brand insights, and business guidance.
Assist in drafting project briefs and securing client approvals.
Coordinate pre-kickoff meetings and facilitate the initiation of new client requests.
Support budget management in collaboration with Planners to ensure financial and project accountability.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
Knowledge of Adobe Professional software.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Compensation:
Anticipated hourly rate: $40–$45/hr, dependent on experience, skills, and role proficiency.
