Job Overview

The Manager, Strategic Operations & Analytics plays a critical role in shaping and delivering data-driven patient services and market access solutions within the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape. This role combines strategic operations, advanced analytics, and consulting expertise to ensure programs are designed, executed, and optimized to meet client objectives, regulatory standards, and performance expectations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of market access dynamics, program performance measurement, and business intelligence to drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Client Advisory

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to guide patient services program strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operations.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients on program deliverables, requirements, risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Provide strategic consulting support to program management teams to ensure alignment with client priorities, KPIs, and SLAs.

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Develop and deliver advanced impact analyses, ROI assessments, and performance dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Monitor program metrics to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds performance expectations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve field effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall program outcomes.

Market & Regulatory Insights

  • Analyze market access trends, healthcare dynamics, and program performance data to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and compliance guidelines impacting commercial and patient support programs.

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Leverage business intelligence tools, dashboards, CRM data, and advanced analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Partner cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

Experience & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience Required

  • 6–9 years of total professional experience

  • 5+ years in strategic operations, analytics, market access, or commercial operations

  • Demonstrated experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, and advanced analytics

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong expertise in BI tools, advanced analytics platforms, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Proven ability in business planning, market analysis, program metrics definition, and CRM data analysis

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills with experience advising internal teams and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry

  • Exposure to digital marketing analytics and omnichannel performance measurement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: USD 121,000 – 148,000 per year

  • Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and role proficiency

  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives or bonuses depending on role and business outcomes
