Role Overview:

The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Analytics will lead cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel reporting and insights for pharmaceutical clients. The focus is on digital channels, translating brand objectives into measurable KPIs, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery & Analytics

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel reporting and insights with a focus on digital channels.

  • Develop and refine measurement frameworks by translating brand objectives into measurable KPIs while ensuring alignment and consistency across brands and business units.

  • Oversee dashboard enhancements and ongoing maintenance; gather client requirements and leverage AI to automate reporting and insights.

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting trends and actionable insights for campaign optimization.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams and clients to recommend experiments and A/B tests.

  • Support media agencies and AORs in measurement planning, resolving data discrepancies, and implementing tactical recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with client procedures and regulations, with proper documentation and approvals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical client stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions; ensure reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses align with client objectives.

  • Share industry insights, best practices, and innovative solutions to challenge conventional approaches when appropriate.

3. Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Lead a team of omnichannel managers, analysts, and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

  • Build and implement internal digital education programs for effective execution of digital and omnichannel engagements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address complex client challenges.

4. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction and drive initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to enhance client value.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • 5+ years of digital analytics and insights experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences or pharma.

  • 4+ years of team management experience.

  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, measurement, and data; media agency experience is a plus.

  • Experience analyzing website performance and making recommendations for optimization; UI/UX experience is a bonus.


Must-Have Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in translating digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs and metrics.

  • Understanding of digital data processing and KPI/metric alignment.

  • Proficiency in developing and delivering monthly digital marketing or omnichannel reporting.

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering impactful digital analytics solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to frame business issues, design solutions, and deliver results.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.

  • Knowledge of media platforms and data: MCI/Datorama, PLD/NPI Activity Data, DCM, SA360, HCP365, AIMXR, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.

  • Proficient with Power BI and Co-pilot.

  • Comfortable with CRM platforms such as Veeva and SFMC.
