Job Description: Experienced MICC Professionals

We are currently seeking experienced MICC professionals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and/or emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Information (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).
  • Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and registration.
  • Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translating inquiries if not in English.
  • Develop all required documents for the MICC.
  • Act as a mentor for the MICC team.
  • Support audit activities.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Subject matter expert with experience in the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) for the Pharmacovigilance function.
  • Senior role: 3-5 years of experience.
  • Lead role: 5-7 years of experience.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or any related courses.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client communication and coordination.
