Job Title: Senior/Lead MICC Associate – Pharmacovigilance

Job Summary:

Join our Pharmacovigilance team as a Senior/Lead MICC Associate, responsible for handling Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) operations, including call and email intake, case processing, document preparation, and audit support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced PV professionals looking to enhance their expertise in MICC processes and client communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls/emails for Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), Medical Inquiries (MIs), and General Inquiries (GIs).

  • Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and case registration.

  • Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translation if the inquiry is not in English.

  • Develop required documents and reports for MICC operations.

  • Mentor and guide MICC team members, providing on-the-job training.

  • Provide support during internal and external audits.

  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines and MICC SOPs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Senior Role: 3–5 years in MICC for Pharmacovigilance.

    • Lead Role: 5–7 years in MICC for Pharmacovigilance.

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Allied Health Sciences.

  • In-depth knowledge of Pharmacovigilance processes and MICC functioning.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client handling.

  • Ability to mentor, coach, and lead junior team members.

  • Familiarity with audit preparation and support.
