Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Delivery and Success

  • Responsible for direct interaction with customer points of contact (PoC) on service delivery for team members.

  • Develops and fosters strong, collaborative relationships with customers at a local level.

  • Manages performance and activities of multifunctional team members, ensuring compliance with KPIs.

  • Resolves resourcing conflicts and proactively manages customer issues.

  • Ensures quality and adherence to SOP/WIs and compliance with regulations.

2. Business Impact

  • Proactively discusses resource needs with customers, driving growth at the local account level.

  • Makes informed decisions that result in positive business unit performance.

  • Drives revenue by attracting, selecting, and retaining the right talent.

3. People Leadership

  • Provides line management to FSP360 team members.

  • Oversees performance through established Syneos Health processes including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.

  • Supports team members’ professional development through coaching and skill-building.

  • Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion while managing team member engagement, retention, and turnover.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent related experience, plus extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company, including leadership experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.

  • Creative problem solver with customer-centric mindset.

  • Knowledge of financial concepts related to forecasting and budgeting.

  • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%).
