Job Title: Senior/Lead MICC Associate


Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) professionals to join our growing team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communication related to adverse events (AEs), product quality complaints (PQCs), medical inquiries (MIs), and general information (GI), while ensuring quality documentation and compliance. Senior and Lead MICC Associates also serve as mentors, support audits, and drive operational excellence within the MICC function of Pharmacovigilance.


Key Responsibilities

Case Intake & Communication Management

  • Receive and document calls/emails related to AE, PQC, MI, and GI

  • Conduct duplicate checks and case registration as per SOPs

  • Perform follow-up communication via phone or email as needed

  • Translate inquiries to/from English when not submitted in the primary language

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare all required documentation for MICC-related activities

  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all communication and case details

Team Support & Leadership

  • Act as a mentor to other MICC team members

  • Provide guidance and support on case handling, documentation, and communication standards

  • Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring documentation quality and process compliance


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Senior Role: 3–5 years of experience in a MICC or related pharmacovigilance role

  • Lead Role: 5–7 years of experience, including team mentoring or supervisory responsibilities

  • Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Health Sciences, or related disciplines

  • Strong knowledge and operational experience within Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) functions in Pharmacovigilance
