About the Role

Astellas Pharma is seeking a skilled SCM Specialist in Labeling and Artwork Management to manage the creation, revision, and lifecycle of product artwork across specific portfolios. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), supporting timely product launches and stable supply while maintaining high-quality labeling standards.

The position involves cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and external partners to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality product artwork.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute artwork creation and revision for assigned product portfolios according to planned timelines.

  • Manage end-to-end artwork development and maintenance in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external customers, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee artwork change processes using knowledge of regulatory, supply chain, and production environments.

  • Prioritize and manage labeling and artwork changes to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

  • Contribute to cross-functional processes, including Change Control of Text/Artwork (CCTA), SPD Change Control, and CMC documentation.

  • Support product launch and product lifecycle management activities related to labeling and artwork.

  • Assist with training, document control, and deviation management within the labeling and artwork function.

  • Maintain and support business processes and systems such as Artwork Management Systems, agency management, and data management tools.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in artwork management, labeling processes, or change control in a GMP or GxP-regulated environment. Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is considered advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

  • Strong knowledge of packaging printing environments and labeling compliance standards.

  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
