About the Role
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Senior Analyst, you will be part of Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to pharmacovigilance services that support biopharmaceutical companies in ensuring drug safety. This role involves managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and regulatory submissions while adhering to global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety: Manage and process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database following client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
✅ Affiliate Mailbox Management: Reconcile and track reports while performing follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.
✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all safety data is accurately documented and reported as per global pharmacovigilance standards.
✅ Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex pharmacovigilance-related issues.
✅ Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams within Accenture, while interacting with clients and Accenture management as needed.
✅ Independent Work & Decision-Making: Receive minimal instruction for daily tasks and a moderate level of guidance on new assignments.
✅ Rotational Shifts: This role may require flexible working hours and rotational shifts.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is required.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex cases.
✔ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
✔ Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
✔ Experience working as an individual contributor or managing a small team/work effort.
