Role Overview:

As a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA, you will play a critical role in conducting clinical trial site visits, ensuring protocol adherence, and promoting patient safety. You will collaborate closely with investigative sites and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of clinical studies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

  • Ensure compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with site staff to support trial operations.

  • Monitor and resolve data queries for quality clinical data.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of clinical documentation (protocols, reports).


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare field.

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a CRA.

  • Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective communicator with fluency in German and English.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
