Job Opportunity: Scientist – Differentiated Formulation Development

Dr. Reddy’s is looking for a Scientist to join the Differentiated Formulation Development team. This role involves developing robust, stable formulations and managing the product development process from bench scale to commercial levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the strategy design team to prioritize and plan preformulation studies.
Oversee product development, ensuring timely milestone achievements and effective experiments.
Facilitate pilot batches, contribute to process optimization, and support PDR and filing preparations.
Document experiments, write protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance for formulation development.
Maintain laboratory safety and SOP standards while guiding team capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Requirement: M.Pharm +7 years or Ph.D. +2 years in Differentiated Formulation Development.
Experience: Expertise in end-to-end product development for global markets, especially oral solid dosage forms.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of FDA guidelines, GMP, cGLP, analytical evaluation tools, and preclinical/clinical study requirements.
Behavioral Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
