Description:
The Research Associate will be responsible for performing key research and analytical activities in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. The role involves working with laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sample Preparation & Calibration: Conduct sample preparation, perform daily calibration of laboratory instruments, and maintain accurate equipment logs to ensure precision and reliability in research studies.
  • Method Development & Validation: Develop and validate analytical methods, ensuring compliance with ICH M10 guidelines to support bioanalytical research.
  • LCMS Operation & Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and calibrate Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) equipment, ensuring optimal performance for analytical procedures.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation following bioanalytical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ICH M10 guidelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Data & Report Review: Analyze research data, review reports, and ensure accuracy and consistency in bioanalytical findings.
