Role Overview

The Regional Medical Advisor is an experienced individual contributor in Medical Affairs, operating with limited supervision. This role leverages specialized knowledge to support clinical development, regulatory compliance, and strategic medical initiatives. The advisor ensures that clinical trials and research activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, including Phase III and Phase IV studies for company products under development.

  • Implement clinical protocols and ensure timely completion of study reports and documentation.

  • Recruit and manage clinical investigators, negotiating study design, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor adverse events and participate in safety reporting to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate preparation and submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities.

  • Ensure adherence to study protocols and determine study completion criteria.

  • Manage investigator initiations and multi-center or group studies.

  • Serve as a consultant or liaison with other corporations under licensing agreements when required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and R&D to support clinical programs and product lifecycle activities.


Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in clinical research or medical affairs, including handling of clinical trials.

  • Knowledge of clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and adverse event reporting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
