About the Opportunity

Sanofi is seeking a Project Specialist – Event Logistics to support Medical Affairs operations through effective planning, execution, and management of scientific and medical events. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality engagements aligned with Sanofi’s global standards across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare, R&D, and Digital functions.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to events supporting life-changing therapies in immunology, chronic disease management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and transplant care.

Role Overview

The Project Specialist oversees end-to-end logistics for internal and external scientific events, including:

  • Advisory boards

  • Investigator meetings

  • Speaker training programs

  • Scientific education sessions

  • Masterclasses

  • Stand-alone HCP or patient engagements

  • Major internal organizational meetings

The role requires strong project management capabilities, consistent communication, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to compliance policies following Sanofi’s Play to Win strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead event planning through structured project management, including kick-off meetings, coordination sessions, and closure reports.

  • Collaborate with event requestors, engagement teams, HRS, and logistics agencies to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Support site selection and ensure strict adherence to transparency and compliance standards.

  • Oversee on-site logistical operations and provide support for hybrid and virtual meeting formats.

  • Create and manage events within the Sanofi Events & Congresses platform (SpotMe).

  • Coordinate accommodations, transport, communication, and facilities—directly or via third-party partners.

  • Manage registration, attendee data, F&B planning, speaker coordination, audiovisual requirements, and venue arrangements.

  • Track event KPIs, metrics, and cost-efficiency indicators to support continuous improvement.

  • Maintain consistent brand representation and high service quality across all events.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

  • 18 months to 3 years of professional experience in event planning, event logistics, or related roles.

  • Experience within the pharmaceuticals or life sciences industry is essential.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and digital event tools.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • This position does not require travel.
