🌟 Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of clinical studies and the Project Managers assigned to them.
  • Ensure all studies meet therapeutic and client-specific requirements.
  • Represent Innovaderm to clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Monitor study progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, GCPs, and ICH guidelines.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking financial performance and progress.
  • Lead risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning to ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in proposal development, pricing, and business development activities.
  • Drive innovation and performance improvement across projects.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s is a plus).
  • Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
  • Experience:
    • 15+ years in the industry, with 5+ years at a CRO.
    • 10+ years of clinical project management experience, including managing multi-country studies.
    • Experience leading multi-centered, multinational phase III clinical trials.
    • Strong mentoring and coaching skills for Project Managers.
    • Experience with business development tasks, including proposal development and client presentations.
    • Line management experience is desirable.
    • Dermatology experience is a plus.
