Role Summary:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate Manager, you will play a leadership role in overseeing pharmacovigilance operations. This includes safety data management, case processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and team oversight. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring quality delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pharmacovigilance operations for client projects, particularly case processing and surveillance activities.

  • Manage affiliate mailbox, reconciliation of reports, and perform follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Oversee case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, processing, submission, and follow-up for ICSRs.

  • Solve moderately complex operational problems using established methods or by developing new approaches.

  • Align team operations with strategic goals set by senior management.

  • Interact regularly with peers, supervisors, and client management.

  • Make decisions impacting your team and occasionally affecting other teams.

  • Guide and manage small to medium-sized teams and deliverables.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy

  • Experience: 10 to 14 years in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance

  • Strong leadership and operational management skills

  • Sound knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and case management standards

  • Proficient in handling client communications and team coordination

  • Prior experience with safety databases and MedDRA coding
