Designation: Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst

Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy/Master of Pharmacy

Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Case Management:

    • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process.
    • Perform written follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
    • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing in the safety database.
  2. Aggregate Reporting:

    • Support in aggregate reporting activities as an experienced case processor.
  3. Analysis and Problem Solving:

    • Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems related to pharmacovigilance services.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Interact with peers within Accenture for updates before reporting to supervisors.
    • Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management may be expected.
  5. Work Scope and Impact:

    • Follow moderate-level instructions for daily work tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
    • Individual contributor role within a team, with a focused scope of work.
    • Decisions made in this role impact the individual's work and may influence others' work.
  6. Shift Requirements:

    • This role may require working in rotational shifts.
