Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry-Level Pharmaceutical Sales & Service Associate to join our team in Los Angeles.
This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with healthcare offices by providing patient materials, vouchers/samples, and educational support as needed.

The position involves both live and virtual interactions with Primary Care offices to achieve defined service and sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve service/sales goals by effectively executing marketing strategies in assigned territory.

  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust business plans accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM systems.

  • Stay current with product and market knowledge, including competitive landscape.

  • Attend all mandatory training sessions and team meetings.

  • Plan, organize, and prioritize field activities to meet targets efficiently.

  • Master customer engagement techniques — identify and respond to client needs effectively.

  • Submit timely and accurate reports (timekeeping, expenses, sample tracking, etc.).

  • Ensure full compliance with corporate SOPs, promotional regulations, and local/federal laws.


Education & Experience

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.

  • Preferred:

    • 1 year of customer service experience.

    • Military background.

    • Leadership experience in college extracurriculars, athletics, or employment.


Skills & Core Competencies

  • Strong communication (live, virtual, and written) and active listening abilities.

  • Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills.

  • High level of drive, initiative, and enthusiasm for customer engagement.

  • Solid decision-making, time management, and multi-tasking capabilities.

  • Ability to execute all field activities with professionalism and compliance.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adaptable to new systems.


Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
Final offer will depend on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
