Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Diabetes (Los Angeles, CA)

Job Summary

IQVIA is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for its Endocrinology/Diabetes division in Los Angeles, CA. As part of our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) team, you will promote innovative diabetes therapies, foster key relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive product utilization across your territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote diabetes treatment products to physicians and healthcare providers

  • Build and manage relationships with targeted accounts in your assigned territory

  • Exceed sales targets through effective call planning and client engagement

  • Collaborate with internal support resources and coordinate local sales strategies

  • Develop and execute a quarterly business plan to meet sales goals

  • Maintain accurate records and customer information in Salesforce CRM

  • Deliver timely market feedback and competitive intelligence

  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance, including HIPAA


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with documented success

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Competencies: action-oriented, results-driven, adaptive, and self-motivated


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Endocrinology or Diabetes sales

  • Ability to independently manage a sales territory

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other pharma sales platforms
