Job Overview

The Pharmacovigilance Services Associate will be part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical, focused on pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance. The role involves case processing, data management, adverse event reporting, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per established processes.

  • Perform all written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).

  • Ensure adherence to client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.

  • Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.

  • Interact primarily within the team and with direct supervisors.

  • Follow detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.

  • Work as an individual contributor within a focused scope of work.

  • May require working in rotational shifts.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).


Desired Skills

  • Basic understanding of drug safety and pharmacovigilance principles.

  • Ability to follow procedures, maintain accuracy, and manage time effectively.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
