Overview

IQVIA’s MedTech Field Service Representative (Project Coordinator) supports the SDS organization within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Business Unit, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards during field actions and recalls.
This role involves coordinating customer remediation, preparing teams for new recalls, scheduling remediation efforts, and supporting financial tracking for dispensing field actions.

The position demands strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale projects as assigned.

  • Manage customer remediation activities for all applicable field actions and recalls.

  • Monitor and report on field action budgets, including current expenses and forecasts.

  • Develop expertise in internal databases such as SAP and SharePoint for product data management.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of BD field action/recall processes.

  • Assist Senior Project Managers with preparing remediation teams for new field actions.

  • Contact customers to schedule remediation projects and create detailed project schedules.


Job Requirements

Required:

  • High School Diploma (minimum); higher degree preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and systems.

  • Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.

  • Capability to explain technical topics in simple terms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Life Sciences.

  • 2+ years of project management experience.

  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, automotive, aerospace).

  • Proven success in managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deliverables.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, handle ambiguity, and deliver measurable results.


Travel & Work Conditions

  • Remote position (work from home) with reliable internet access.

  • Flexibility to work across time zones (EST or PST preferred).

  • Nationwide travel required to customer sites as part of field action efforts.


Vaccine & Credentialing Requirements

As this role involves access to healthcare facilities, candidates must complete facility credentialing and maintain required immunizations, which may include:

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

  • Varicella (Chickenpox)

  • TB Test (Negative result)

  • Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)

  • Hepatitis B

  • Influenza (seasonal)

  • COVID-19 primary series (booster may be required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $27 – $29 per hour

  • Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive medical benefits.
