Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the Product Team in managing, enhancing, and developing data-driven products. This role bridges operational execution, product development, data analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to deliver actionable insights, improve processes, and support product strategy across global teams.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

  • Understand client business needs, data structures, SOPs, and operating rules.

  • Execute operational tasks and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts and Product Owners to optimize processes.

  • Streamline operational and technical requirements into actionable solutions.

Product Development

  • Maintain and enhance existing data products and support the development of new offerings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product features with business objectives.

  • Assist Product Management in roadmap creation, documentation, and execution.

  • Develop user stories, test plans, and technical requirements within an Agile framework.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, quality, and actionable insights.

  • Conduct quality checks and validation of product deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Support knowledge transfer to engineering, engagement, and product teams.

  • Document and communicate product decisions clearly for global teams.

Knowledge Development

  • Build expertise in operational processes, data tools, content, and Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Stay updated on industry tools, techniques, and best practices.

  • Develop an understanding of product technology and deployment stacks to inform decision-making.

Project Management & Problem Solving

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, tracking deadlines and unplanned developments.

  • Conduct secondary research on market trends, competitors, and best practices.

  • Investigate issues and propose solutions to improve product processes and workflows.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. MBA/PGDM or Master’s in Engineering is preferred.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in product analysis, data analytics, or market access analytics.

  • Technical Skills: SQL, Python, R, Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Retool, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, MMIT) and understanding of specialty pharmacy, formulary data, claims, and non-retail sales.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
