Job Summary

Fortrea is hiring a Medical Contact Center Associate II (French Speaker) to manage pharmacovigilance-related communication and adverse event reporting in a clinical setting. This critical position requires handling safety data, addressing medical queries, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Candidates must possess proficiency in French and English, with experience in AE/SAE report processing. This is an On-site opportunity offering involvement in drug safety and medical information operations for global pharmaceutical projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to medical queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries via telephone, email, fax, etc.

  • Receive, record, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) in compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory timelines.

  • Manage drug safety data processes including call documentation, peer review, and follow-up.

  • Support activities such as tracking information, QC checks, training preparation, and data reconciliation.

  • Create, revise, and deliver training materials based on updated systems and procedures.

  • Conduct effectiveness checks of training programs.

  • Ensure high-quality data processing and accuracy.

  • Perform additional tasks as required by management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or equivalent area.

  • 2–3 years of safety experience preferred.

  • Experience in AE/SAE report processing, safety database usage, and regulatory submission processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (preferably C-level proficiency).

  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance practices, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.

  • Prior call center experience desirable.
