Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Technical Leadership

  • Drive design and deployment of digital experiences via Adobe Experience Cloud

  • Lead roadmap execution for Adobe Sites, Assets, Workfront, and Creative Suite

  • Ensure compliance, performance, and measurable outcomes in web delivery

  • Use Adobe Content Analytics to inform strategic content decisions

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee governance of content workflows, DAM, and taxonomy

  • Optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and regulatory compliance

  • Define robust deployment and testing frameworks

Team & Project Delivery

  • Mentor developers and content technologists

  • Manage daily tasks, sprint planning, and offshore coordination

  • Foster a collaborative, learning-focused team environment

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as point of contact for global marketing, product, and tech stakeholders

  • Align cross-functional teams across time zones

  • Ensure efficient communication and delivery timelines


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital content, web development, or marketing tech roles

  • 3+ years of people/team management experience

  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud: AEM Sites & Assets, Workfront, Creative Suite

  • Solid understanding of metadata, content governance, and taxonomy

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, Angular, Bootstrap

  • Knowledge of WCAG, privacy, and digital compliance standards

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing technology

  • Agile/Scrum-based project execution experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms
