  • Manage releases across DEV/VAL/PROD environments, including lifecycles, workflows, object fields, and roles/permissions.

  • Ensure SDLC compliance: requirements, design, configuration, testing, approvals, and deployment.

  • Implement operational monitoring, L2/L3 support, and root-cause analysis for integrations, connectors, and reporting pipelines.

  • Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, mappings, API guides, and job aids.

Required Qualifications:

    • Connectors and integration patterns (HTTP/REST, JDBC, SFTP, message queues/webhooks)

  • Working knowledge of the Vault Clinical Suite object model (documents, objects, lifecycles, workflows, roles/permissions).

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js for integration and automation.

  • Experience producing complex reports and dashboards, including data modeling and transformations.

  • Understanding of SDLC in regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), including validation, change control, and release management.

  • Familiarity with JIRA for Agile project management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple Vault Clinical applications: eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup, SiteVault.

  • Knowledge of Vault configuration management, migration strategies, and environment alignment.

  • Understanding of clinical trial processes, TMF governance, KPIs, and HL7/FHIR.
