Role Overview
The IMS GSS Specialist I will be responsible for invoice form processing, data entry management, and case handling within a shared services environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage payment-related data accurately while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.
The position plays a key role in supporting financial operations, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely resolution of invoice and payment cases.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry through internal invoice form systems and trackers.
Manage and monitor invoice-related cases within the assigned workflow.
Handle payment-related data and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Maintain reporting dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders via professional email communication.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality control processes.
Identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues appropriately.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives within shared services operations.
Tools & Systems
RPM (Revenue/Process Management tool or equivalent internal platform)
Microsoft Excel (Advanced proficiency required)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 1.5–3 years of experience in invoice processing, finance operations, data entry, or shared services roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, data validation, pivot tables).
Experience handling payment-related data and financial trackers.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email drafting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in global shared services or CRO environments.
Familiarity with financial workflow tools and ERP systems.
Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
