Role Overview

The IMS GSS Specialist I will be responsible for invoice form processing, data entry management, and case handling within a shared services environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage payment-related data accurately while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.

The position plays a key role in supporting financial operations, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely resolution of invoice and payment cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry through internal invoice form systems and trackers.

  • Manage and monitor invoice-related cases within the assigned workflow.

  • Handle payment-related data and ensure accuracy in financial records.

  • Maintain reporting dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders via professional email communication.

  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality control processes.

  • Identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives within shared services operations.

Tools & Systems

  • RPM (Revenue/Process Management tool or equivalent internal platform)

  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced proficiency required)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 1.5–3 years of experience in invoice processing, finance operations, data entry, or shared services roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, data validation, pivot tables).

  • Experience handling payment-related data and financial trackers.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email drafting.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in global shared services or CRO environments.

  • Familiarity with financial workflow tools and ERP systems.

  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.

  • Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
