Role Overview

Clario is expanding its global Pricing & Proposals operations in India and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFI & Content Specialist to support its Contracts, Pricing, and Proposals function. This role is responsible for managing RFI and RFQ responses, maintaining a centralized content library, and coordinating subject matter expertise to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality proposal content for global business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

RFI / RFQ Management

  • Manage and process RFI and RFQ requests through Clario’s proposal response platform

  • Review system-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client requirements, updating content as needed

  • Ensure timely submission of RFI and RFQ responses while meeting internal quality standards

Content & Database Management

  • Maintain and continuously improve the RFI content library to ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control

  • Manage RFI and RFQ requests and status tracking within Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems

  • Coordinate structured reviews of standard responses with subject matter experts (SMEs)

  • Organize and maintain a validated repository of SME-approved responses

Internal Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with SMEs to gather detailed and accurate input for RFI and RFQ submissions

  • Communicate timelines, updates, and dependencies to Business Development and other internal stakeholders

  • Manage internal expectations and ensure transparency throughout the proposal response lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in RFI/RFQ management, proposal coordination, content management, or relationship management

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience within life sciences, clinical research, healthcare technology, or a related sector preferred

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access

  • Strong understanding of RFI/RFQ workflows and proposal response processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach
