About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Operations Specialist to support and optimize enterprise-level marketing operations within a dynamic, data-driven environment. This role is ideal for a marketing technology professional with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), marketing automation, and data operations, who can ensure seamless execution, performance monitoring, and quality control across complex multi-channel marketing journeys.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting platform upgrades, and driving data integrity across large-scale marketing technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads Processing Ownership: Assume end-to-end responsibility for divisional leads processing workflows until full automation is implemented.

  • Marketing Operations Management: Oversee and ensure the technical performance and reliability of approximately 250 divisional marketing journeys within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain monitoring tools for journey execution and audience delivery; validate segment counts and produce quality control (QC) operational reports to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

  • Campaign Execution Support: Monitor daily batch evaluation execution times and support continuous optimization of email and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Platform & Technical Support: Assist in the transition to an upgraded AEP environment, including troubleshooting data ingestion, journey configuration, and audience/segment builds.

  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across all marketing technology operations and ingestion pipelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with India-based team members and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely execution, and successful delivery of marketing operations initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital marketing platforms.

  • Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data ingestion, journey orchestration, and audience/segment management.

  • Strong technical understanding of marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Demonstrated experience in building monitoring dashboards, QC reports, and operational performance metrics.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
