This role will drive customer acquisition across native and content discovery platforms, working closely with the Paid Marketing team to support global growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign execution experience, and a passion for experimentation to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage third-party performance marketing networks globally, focusing on native, content discovery, and premium publisher platforms.

  • Onboard, plan, execute, and scale campaigns across networks such as Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, Nativo, Teads, and other relevant platforms to drive leads, revenue, and subscriptions.

  • Collaborate with the Paid Marketing team to align third-party network efforts with broader acquisition, attribution, and growth goals, coordinating with search and paid social channels across key regions.

  • Design and execute a structured experimentation roadmap, testing creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and offers to improve CAC, CVR, and LTV.

  • Lead creative and funnel testing, including headline-angle testing, advertorials, pre-landers, and long-form content optimization to enhance engagement and conversion.

  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, allocate budgets efficiently, and ensure clear ROI accountability.

  • Analyze channel- and network-level performance data to inform scaling, iteration, and investment decisions.

  • Collaborate with BI and engineering teams to maintain robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and business objectives are met.

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging third-party platforms to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Expertise in native advertising, programmatic buying, audience targeting, bid optimization, and creative testing at scale.

  • Demonstrated success scaling platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, Nativo, and Teads across global markets.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 or equivalent tools to measure performance metrics, including leads, revenue, and subscriptions.

  • Advanced reporting and dashboarding proficiency using Excel and/or BI tools.

  • Experience designing structured experiments and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills across multiple campaigns.
