FUNCTION AREA
Life Sciences Operations | Regulatory Operations | Healthcare Membership Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support healthcare operations and digital transformation initiatives in life sciences regulatory processes

  • Manage membership-related activities including application processing, renewals, cancellations, and record maintenance

  • Ensure accurate handling of electronic regulatory submissions and documentation

  • Assist in Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities including CMC submissions, amendments, annual reports, and promotional documentation

  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance across global regulatory systems

  • Coordinate documentation required for global healthcare and pharmaceutical filings

  • Respond to internal team queries and support operational workflows under supervision

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for routine regulatory and membership operations

  • Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks within defined quality standards

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good analytical and comprehension abilities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation handling

  • Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts

  • Ability to work in a team-based, supervised environment

  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations or regulatory workflows is an advantage

  • Adaptability to a process-driven, global operations environment

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work from office (Chennai location within transport boundaries)

  • Rotational shifts applicable based on business requirements
