Job Overview

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Health Operations Analyst within the healthcare operations and life sciences services domain. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting healthcare operational excellence through membership lifecycle management, policy interpretation, workflow optimization, quality improvement, and team capability development.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Membership Operations

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for healthcare membership processes including:
    • Enrollment management
    • Eligibility verification
    • Billing support
    • Renewals and membership maintenance
    • Membership termination workflows
  • Ensure smooth execution of healthcare membership lifecycle operations
  • Maintain operational accuracy and service quality standards

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Interpret healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Support documentation and operational alignment with life sciences regulatory processes
  • Coordinate regulatory submission-related administrative workflows where applicable
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance protocols, and internal operational guidelines

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation or operational enhancements
  • Support business transitions such as new systems, process migrations, and policy updates
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
  • Monitor performance metrics and support service delivery excellence

Training & Knowledge Management

  • Train new team members on healthcare operations processes
  • Support upskilling initiatives for existing operational teams
  • Create and maintain:
    • SOP documentation
    • Knowledge base articles
    • FAQs
    • Training resources
  • Ensure process knowledge consistency across teams

Issue Resolution & Operational Support

  • Act as escalation support for complex or critical operational cases
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning
  • Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks and service delivery issues
  • Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and operational stakeholders

Required Qualifications
