Key Responsibilities

Membership & Enrollment Operations

  • Review enrollment and membership application forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify missing or incorrect information in submitted healthcare forms
  • Return incomplete documentation for correction when required
  • Process and maintain membership applications, renewals, and eligibility records
  • Ensure accurate data entry into client eligibility systems

Healthcare Eligibility Management

  • Maintain and update customer eligibility information
  • Review eligibility reports and analyze data for accuracy
  • Process urgent healthcare-related requests within defined timelines
  • Support membership lifecycle administration and documentation workflows

Regulatory Operations Support

  • Coordinate documentation required for global application filing and life sciences submissions
  • Support electronic submission management, including lifecycle regulatory documentation
  • Assist with administrative regulatory operations aligned with healthcare compliance workflows

Operational Workflow Management

  • Track daily workflow, productivity, and assigned task completion
  • Support inventory control and workload balancing during high-volume periods
  • Maintain operational accuracy, quality standards, and service delivery timelines
  • Follow established SOPs and process guidelines

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and direct supervisors
  • Support routine operational problem-solving within defined procedures
  • Contribute as an individual team member in structured process environments
