Position Summary

Accenture is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its Health Operations team as a Health Operations New Associate. This role supports Life Sciences Regulatory Operations and Membership Management activities, including regulatory documentation, application processing, data management, and customer support functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to work in a dynamic healthcare operations environment.


Key Responsibilities

Membership Operations

  • Process membership applications, renewals, modifications, and cancellations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and databases.

  • Address member inquiries and provide timely support.

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving member satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist in communicating membership benefits, updates, and relevant information.

  • Support membership engagement activities and operational processes.

Regulatory Operations Support

  • Coordinate documentation and resources required for global regulatory submissions.

  • Support preparation and processing of electronic regulatory submissions.

  • Assist with:

    • Original application filings

    • Life Cycle Management (LCM) submissions

    • CMC submissions

    • Advertising and Promotional submissions

    • Amendments and variations

    • Annual reports

    • SPL submissions

  • Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Data Management and Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update operational databases and records.

  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy.

  • Support reporting and tracking activities.

  • Follow established procedures and quality standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives when required.

  • Escalate issues appropriately according to defined procedures.

  • Contribute to achieving team objectives and service-level expectations.

Education
