Overview
Pfizer is hiring a Health Care Executive to drive territory sales performance and strengthen engagement with healthcare stakeholders. This field-based role focuses on achieving business targets, executing strategic sales plans, and promoting high-quality pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance by achieving territory-wise targets through structured planning and execution
Develop and review monthly sales plans in collaboration with the District Manager to ensure alignment with business goals
Conduct sales analytics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-value stakeholders
Segment and classify healthcare professionals based on business impact and define engagement strategies accordingly
Deliver customized product communication to healthcare professionals, highlighting clinical benefits and research insights
Ensure strict adherence to call planning, coverage strategies, and company compliance policies
Maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, chemists, wholesalers, and hospital stakeholders
Execute product promotion campaigns, including new product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives
Organize and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, speaker sessions, and group meetings
Monitor competitor activities and market trends through regular field visits and stakeholder interactions
Ensure product availability by coordinating with retailers, distributors, and CFAs
Maintain accurate reporting of daily field activities, sales calls, and market intelligence
Report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with pharmacovigilance standards

Operational Excellence
Conduct pre-call planning and execute structured field visits aligned with territory strategy
Track hospital procurement patterns, budgets, and purchasing processes to support business planning
Ensure effective utilization of promotional materials and product samples
Support inventory management and order booking to meet market demand

People and Collaboration
Mentor and support field trainees or junior team members when assigned
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall performance
Demonstrate strong teamwork and uphold company values in all interactions
Act as a compliance ambassador for the assigned territory

Financial Accountability
Ensure achievement of sales budgets and assist in receivables management when required
Maintain accurate expense reporting and ensure cost-effective use of resources

Technology Utilization
Leverage CRM tools and digital platforms for reporting, analytics, and customer engagement
Utilize technology to enhance field productivity and data-driven decision-making

Required Skills and Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
