Job Overview

This role focuses on healthcare operations and regulatory support within the life sciences domain. The position involves managing healthcare administration processes and supporting global regulatory submissions, ensuring smooth coordination of documentation and compliance activities.


Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Operations Management

  • Support administration of healthcare facilities including hospitals and clinics
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operational and departmental activities
  • Contribute to quality assurance, patient services, and healthcare processes

Regulatory Operations & Submissions

  • Coordinate documentation for global regulatory applications
  • Process electronic submissions including initial filings and lifecycle management
  • Handle submissions such as CMC, amendments, annual reports, and SPL

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory documentation
  • Follow established guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
  • Support regulatory lifecycle management activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Any Graduate (B.E/B.Tech typically not preferred)

Experience

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory processes
  • Familiarity with documentation and submission workflows
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
