Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior BPO Customer Care Collections Representative for a leading healthcare insurance support process in Chennai. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in healthcare BPO, medical insurance collections, customer support, and accounts receivable management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling outbound communication with US insurance companies, resolving account receivable queries, supporting healthcare claims processing, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.

This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and early-career professionals with strong English communication skills, computer proficiency, and an interest in healthcare operations or international BPO processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to collect outstanding accounts receivable payments.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and written communication while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Review and analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance and issue resolution.
  • Investigate routine customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions based on established business processes.
  • Conduct research on customer accounts, payment disputes, and insurance claim status.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of healthcare insurance workflows, company processes, and service guidelines.
  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction across all interactions.
  • Support team productivity and collection performance targets.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Ability to navigate Windows-based applications, use keyboard shortcuts, and quickly learn new software tools.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts.

Experience Requirements

  • Freshers can apply.
  • 0–6 months of experience in customer service, voice process, international BPO, or service support roles is acceptable.
  • 1+ year of experience using computer applications in a professional or academic environment is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare BPO, insurance claims, collections, or accounts receivable will be an added advantage.
