Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Health Operations Associate within the healthcare and life sciences operations domain. The selected candidate will support operational processes related to healthcare membership services, regulatory documentation management, electronic submissions, quality monitoring, SLA performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Operations & Membership Management

  • Support healthcare membership operations including application processing, renewals, cancellations, and member record management
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of healthcare membership and operational documentation
  • Handle member inquiries and support customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Assist in improving member engagement and operational efficiency

Regulatory Operations Support

  • Coordinate documentation required for global regulatory application submissions
  • Support management of electronic regulatory submissions and lifecycle management processes
  • Assist with submissions including:
    • Original application filings
    • CMC submissions
    • Advertising and promotional submissions
    • Amendments
    • Annual reports
    • SPL submissions
  • Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory process standards

Quality Monitoring & Audit Support

  • Complete assigned audit transactions within defined target timelines
  • Maintain quality standards aligned with SLA and DLA requirements
  • Identify transaction errors and classify them accurately for process feedback
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning
  • Monitor performance trends and identify recurring operational issues

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Recommend process improvement opportunities to SMEs and leadership teams
  • Support implementation of efficiency and quality enhancement initiatives
  • Help prioritize critical and complex operational tasks
  • Participate in operational quality discussions and team calibration activities

Reporting & Team Collaboration

  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
  • Support quality huddles, operational reviews, and team knowledge alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams and offshore/onshore stakeholders
  • Work effectively within a structured, process-driven environment

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Any Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline)
