Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking a full-time Experienced Data Review Associate to join our Global Clinical Coding & Support team at our Pune office. This role is ideal for clinical professionals with a background in nursing or medicine, particularly in therapeutic areas such as oncology and hematology. You will contribute to ensuring clinical data quality and consistency across global studies—making a direct impact on clinical research outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive manual review of clinical data collected in trials.

  • Develop clinical review guidelines tailored to specific therapeutic areas.

  • Collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure efficient query resolution.

  • Focus on therapeutic areas including:

    • Oncology

    • Hematology

    • Infectious Disease

    • Endocrinology

    • Metabolic Disorders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Medicine or a more advanced clinical degree.

  • Clinical or post-qualification nursing experience, preferably with oncology/hematology background.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and clinical data review.

  • Experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries is a plus.
