Job Summary:

This role is focused on achieving territory sales goals for a pediatric/allergy pharmaceutical product by building strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the San Jose region. The role involves educating prescribers, executing marketing plans, and maintaining compliance with industry and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territory

  • Educate and promote product to HCPs through field visits, meetings, and presentations

  • Maintain high call productivity—5 field days/week plus planning/follow-up

  • Utilize approved sales materials, tools, and programs

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan

  • Submit accurate call activity, expense reports, and performance updates

  • Attend sales meetings and conferences as directed

  • Collaborate across internal teams and demonstrate territory influence

  • Overnight travel as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from an accredited institution

  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Preferred: Experience in pediatric or allergy product sales

  • Proven record of sales success

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight
