Echo Liaison Regional Manager – Seattle, WA (Field-Based)

Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring an experienced Echo Liaison Regional Manager to lead and coach a team of Research Echocardiography Liaisons (RELs) in the Seattle region. This field-based leadership position focuses on driving strategy, compliance, and professional development across the regional team. The role blends clinical cardiology expertise with field team management and offers a critical opportunity to impact how medical insights are delivered across healthcare systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Research Echocardiography Liaisons (RELs)

  • Conduct performance appraisals, manage HR-related matters, and build team culture

  • Ensure delivery of accurate, compliant scientific information about products and disease areas

  • Provide training and mentorship to both internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Ensure strict compliance with FDA and regulatory guidance in all medical communications

  • Collaborate with Medical and Commercial leaders on field strategy and execution

  • Travel up to 70% for coaching, field visits, and company meetings


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an ARDMS-accredited program

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a diagnostic sonographer

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical practice or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong technical skills with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments

  • Willingness to travel 50–70% within the region

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Leadership experience in medical or pharmaceutical settings

  • Background in cardiovascular care or cardiology
