Position: Drug Safety Associate (Entry-Level)

Company Overview:

We are excited to welcome enthusiastic and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our pharmacovigilance team as Drug Safety Associates. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining valuable hands-on experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adverse Event Reporting: Collect, process, and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and other safety-related information in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and current records of drug safety data in safety databases.
  • Case Processing: Assist in the assessment, classification, and documentation of individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and company policies in all safety reporting activities.
  • Literature Review: Support the review of scientific literature to identify and report safety-related information.
  • Communication: Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify safety data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree (graduates from 2024 or 2025 only).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and document data accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and use pharmacovigilance software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH, GVP, and FDA regulations.
