Your Role
As Director of Strategy and Innovation, you will drive strategic direction and foster innovation within the Global Medical Writing function, with a strong focus on AI and data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Accountability/Interdependence: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align with global business objectives.
Impact: Shape the future of Global Medical Writing through AI and data analytics-driven innovations.
Complexity: Address multifaceted challenges and diverse stakeholder dynamics while driving growth and relevance.
People Responsibility: Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, promoting a culture of data literacy and AI adoption.
Cooperation: Partner closely with Medical Writing leadership, RQS leadership, R&D Data & Digital IT teams, and external collaborators.
Who You Are
A strategic thinker with a strong technical background and pharma/biotech industry experience.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA, PhD, or advanced degree preferred) with focus on Data Science, AI, or related disciplines.
Experience: 12+ years in Pharma/Biotech/agency settings (international exposure preferred). Prior experience in Medical Writing is advantageous.
Leadership: Proven success in driving strategic innovation, especially in AI and data-driven projects.
