Position Summary:

Ergomed is seeking a Contract Project Manager or Clinical Team Manager with extensive experience in global clinical trials for Radiopharmaceuticals or ALS. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing complex, multi-region trials while maintaining the highest levels of quality, compliance, and sponsor satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical projects on time, within budget, and aligned to scope, following Ergomed and sponsor quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with sponsors and Ergomed senior management for project updates and issue resolution.

  • Develop, review, and update project plans to ensure alignment with key milestones and deliverables.

  • Lead project meetings, covering all phases from start-up to close-out.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional project team members, assign responsibilities, and provide training as required.

  • Represent Ergomed at external meetings, including sponsor discussions, medical/scientific expert panels, and EC/IRB committees.

  • Contribute to the development and review of SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance across all trial-related processes.

  • Create and deliver study-related training programs.

  • Participate in bid defense activities as part of business development support.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for international clinical trials within a CRO environment.

  • Specific experience with Radiopharmaceutical or ALS clinical trials.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.
