Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PV Project Manager to lead pharmacovigilance project delivery and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison for all project-related communication with clients.
Manage and align client expectations, ensuring the delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
Define project scope and objectives in accordance with client agreements.
Plan project timelines, deliverables, and interim milestones.
Prepare monthly project reports and status updates for clients and internal management, supporting invoice accuracy.
Ensure proactive problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in pharmacovigilance, including ICSR processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOP preparation.
Prior PV project management experience, preferably within a CRO or service provider setting.
Degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare discipline.
Confident communicator at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, including mentoring, planning, problem-solving, and facilitation.
